For our 2018 Christmas Initiative, we are partnering with Guitars for Glory to provide a whole bunch of instruments headed to Uganda in December. Guitars for Glory is a non-profit organization formed by friends who are passionate about their faith and music. Their sole desire is to put guitars and instruments in the hands of churches, schools, missionaries, and orphanages around the world. For this Initiative, our goal is to raise $1,000 which will provide instruments for the Reaction Tour. If you have a heart for music, Uganda, or just want to focus on the gift of giving...JOIN US IN THIS INITIATIVE! We have kids baking Christmas cookies, setting up hot chocolate stands, and babysitting for parents while they shop for Christmas presents. There are so many fun and festive ways to help make a difference this holiday season.

Our friends at Hands and Feet Project work tirelessly to provide care to countless children in Haiti. Currently, a gap exists between the cost of running their Childcare Programs and the funds received through Child Sponsorship.  To help close this gap, THE BRIDGE was created to help meet the needs of unsponsored children in the community, as well as under sponsored boys and girls currently at the Children's Villages. Our hope is that one day every child will be fully sponsored, but until then, we're dedicated to helping meet the needs of as many children as possible. Whether covering the cost of a child's education or a life-changing surgical procedure, 100% of all money raised throughTHE BRIDGE is dedicated towards the Childcare Program’s most urgent needs. You can sign up for this Fundraising Initiative HERE. (This Initiative OFFICIALLY begins April 23, 2018.)

Africa New Life will serve 1.5 MILLION MEALS THIS YEAR, the majority to students at their schools. These children predominantly come from the lowest levels of poverty and have little, if anything, to eat at home. Students come to school hungry most days, but knowing there will be a meal in the middle of the day gives them hope and something to smile about. It also helps them concentrate on their studies and pursue their dreams. An average meal in Rwanda costs $0.83, which means $25 provides food for a child for a month (30 meals). After having met so many of these kids, Sydney couldn't think of a better way to make a substantial difference in the lives of these children. If you're interested in joining this Fundraising Initiative, sign up HERE. (This Initiative OFFICIALLY begins April 23, 2018.)

50 Wishes in 50 States Challenge

After granting a wish in Maine, we want to grant wishes for children all over the United States. Are you interested in helping grant a wish for a child in your home state? You can participate in a Fundraising Initiative all by yourself, or get a group of friends together and work as a team. It will take many hands to achieve this goal, but we're so excited about the possibilities. If you're interested in starting, or joining, a Fundraising Initiative in your state, sign up HERE.
